Process of Placement
The Placement Cell is a vital link in providing best resources to the industry. And, towards this, every team member of VIVAIMR family actively participates in developing the competence of students through the KSA (Knowledge, Skills and Attitude) model to ensure successful execution of competency mapping as required in the industry.
At VIMR, students are provided with a learning platform to prepare themselves for the interview through a combination of latest technology embedded with various resource tools like aptitude tests, psychometric tests, mock group discussions and personal round of interviews which will be assessed by the internal core team of faculties, director and industry experts. A regular feedback is provided to the respective students to undergo a continuous learning process for the best.
Placement committee is been formed at the beginning of every academic year wherein students are interviewed and selected to actively participate in various placement activities.
Our focus is on ‘continuous growth and development’ of our students and so for the Institute, by creating a conducive environment to learn as a team with passion and commitment.
